Smart Loft on monitoiminen ja kompakti pientalo, joka on tarkoitettu asumiseen, vapaa-ajan viettoon tai vuokraamiseen.

Smart Loft sopii myös täydentäväksi vuokratilaksi hotellille, ekotoimistoksi/-kouluksi, studio-/musiikkihuoneeksi, liiketila-/kahvilaksi tai kodin kuntosaliksi.

Smart Loft edustaa tehokasta tilasuunnittelua, jossa on makuusijat 4 hengelle ja jossa korkeiden ikkunoiden ja huonekorkeuden ansiosta yhdistyy valoisa ja avara tunnelma.

Suuri lasiseinä ja avoin uloskäynti piha- ja terassialueella tekevät olohuoneesta tyylikkään ja valoisan. Terassialueelle voi sijoittaa erilaisia ulkokalusteita tai porealtaan.

Rakennuksen ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on: eteinen, olohuone, keittiö, suihkutila ja portaat, ja loftkerroksessa on mukava ikkunallinen makuuhuone.

Rakennuksen kantava rakenne on metallia, joka mahdollistaa talon toistuvan sijainnin muuttamisen tarpeen mukaan.

Smart LOFT on nykyaikaista ja minimalistista luksusta, joka täyttää kaikki mukavan asumisen tarpeet tilaa säästävässä talossa.

Building System

Smart LOFT is constructed in a factory as a complete, ready-to-use module and is delivered as a „turnkey“ solution.

The design of the building utilizes the latest construction technologies and materials, resulting in low energy consumption for the home.

The materials used in the building are of high quality and comply with all European Union and Finnish building standards.

The building is equipped with integrated furniture, appliances, and plumbing.

The in-house technical systems are pre-connected at the factory, allowing for immediate usability upon connection to external network systems on-site.

The building is delivered to the plot as a single modular unit, transported via trailer.

Energy Efficiency

The building design utilizes the best building technologies and materials, ensuring low energy consumption for the building.

U-values:

  • Floor – 0.16 W/m2K.
  • Roof – 0.16 W/m2K.
  • Exterior walls – 0.17 W/m2K.
  • Doors and windows – 0.80 W/m2K.

The lower the number, the more energy-efficient the building is.

Using well-insulated energy panels in insulation improves the energy efficiency of the building and reduces its carbon footprint with less heating and energy needs.

The building’s thin and well-insulated walls ensure greater interior space.

Indoor Climate

We utilize the reputable Mitsubishi Electric air-to-air heat pump and ventilation device for heating, cooling, and ventilating the building. This ensures that the air inside the building is fresh and of high-quality, creating a healthy indoor climate.

Adequate ventilation, including fresh air and low levels of carbon dioxide, helps to keep the atmosphere invigorating and promotes energy and productivity.

Additionally, this energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump and ventilation system solution is environmentally friendly.

Transportation & Installation

The building is transported to the plot as a single module on a trailer. The installation process on-site is efficient and precise, requiring minimal labor.

The entire process, including the building’s installation, terrace construction, and external connections, can be completed in just one day.

On-site preparation is minimal, as the Smart LOFT only requires a flat substrate that can be accessed by a crane, as well as available water, sewer, and electrical connections.

The building’s lifting and installation can be carried out by the Smart LOFT installation team, its partner company, or a local contractor.

Smart BOX concept is developed for fast and simple construction of buildings and building complexes. The buildings are manufactured and pre-assembled in a safe and controlled environment in such a way that the installation on a construction site is fast and precise, with minimal workforce needed.

Buildings are already equipped with furniture, home appliances and plumbing. All in-building utility systems are pre-assembled in the factory. This means, when connecting the house with other external networks on a construction site, the house is immediately ready to use.

The materials used in the manufacturing process are high quality and meet the strictest EU construction standards. Thin and well-insulated walls give more interior space inside the house.

In designing the buildings, the best construction technology and materials are used. This assures an “A” energy class for the houses.

All the passive house requirements are followed in manufacturing process. Therefore, it is possible to apply the passive house certificate.

Compliance with certification requirements demonstrates that the house is energy efficient, air-tight, well-insulated and is of high-quality construction.

As standard, all buildings use automated systems which allow users to measure and get feedback on all utilities costs, and adjust them according to needs.

The front door is equipped with Valnes smart lock which can be opened with a smartphone remotely.

When designing the house, electric car owners have also been considered. This means that the house has the necessary power for fast charging. The charger can be mounted as an accessory.

For fresh and clean air, we use air-to-air heat pumps from recognized manufacturers, notably Nibe from Sweden and Bosch from Germany.

A well-ventilated house means that the air is low in CO2, which ensures a healthy and vitalized body and mind.

Energy efficient ventilation and air-to-air heat pump solution is environmental friendly.

The passive house certified heat pump is very efficient and cost-effective. The maintenance will save many hundred euros per year.

The buildings are manufactured and pre-assembled under strict and tightly regulated indoor environment, this ensures the very best in certifiable quality.

All the resources used in the manufacturing process are high quality and meet all the EU construction standards.

All the materials used in the buildings are chosen based on a health perspective, which means that the house is well suited for those with allergies.

No polluting materials, or any other foam, or sawdust products, are used in the production process.

The buildings are manufactured and pre-assembled in the factory in a precision-controlled environment in such a way that when installed on site, the installation is both fast and precise with minimum workforce needed.

Houses are equipped with furniture and home appliances. All in-building technical systems are already pre-connected in the factory, so that when installed on a construction site, it is easy to connect the house with external networks, ready for immediate use.

Furthermore, on the construction site installation there is practically no construction residue and site cleanup takes minimal time.
